Photos: Kennedy Students Pack Thanksgiving Meal Donations
Kennedy students helped pack free Thanksgiving meals in the foyer Tuesday, Nov. 23 during seventh hour. After school, the meals were given to families of students eligible for free or reduced lunch.
Over 50 families signed up for the donated meal through the Cougar Corner Food Pantry. The Pantry has given out Thanksgiving meals in past years for families in need as part of their mission to give back to the community. Non-perishable food donations are welcomed by the Pantry anytime in room 56.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Kennedy High School - IA. Your contribution will go towards the purchase of a new lens for our photographers.
