FOOTBALL: The Football team got their first win of the season last Firday as they dominated the Jefferson J-Hawks 44-0. Alex Hillyer ran the ball 23 times for 159 yards and scored three touchdowns.

Coming up: A win would be crucial to their playoff hopes as they travel down to Waterloo East Friday.

GOLF: The Golf team captured their sixth straight district title and qualified for the state tournament. Senior Harrison Moore finished 2nd and Sophmore Cole Murdock finished 3rd. Senior Kyle Custer finished 4th, all three will qualify for the individual state tournament.

Coming up: They have the state tournament Friday and Saturday.

SWIMMING: The Cougar swim team defeated Washington 130.5-55.5. Senior Jessica Schmeiser won two individual events and also contributed to winning two other relays.

Coming up: They have a meet Tuesday at home against Dubuque Senior.

VOLLEYBALL:  Coming up: The Volleyball team has the Westside Invitational this Saturday.

WOMENS XC: Coming up: The cross country team runs today at Cedar Falls
