FOOTBALL: Kennedy faced another tough oppotent and lost to Iowa City West 35-14. Senior Alex Hllyer continued his rushing tear, as he ran for 168 yards on 16 carries. Hillyer is fourth in 4A in rushing.

 Coming up: The Cougars will travel down to Dubuque for a matchup against 3-0 Dubuque Senior.

GOLF: The Golf team dominated the MVC golf meet, as they hold a commanding 20 shot lead over Jefferson going into the final round. Sophomore Cole Murdock shot 74 to lead the way for the Cougars.

 Coming up: They will play the final round this Friday at Pleasant Valley golf course.

SWIMMING: The Cougars lost a tough meet to Iowa City West 115-71. The 200 relay team of Hannah Botkin, Amanda Jacobsen, Jessica Schmeiser and Michele Wasta was victorious against the Trojans.

 Coming up: They will travel down to Cedar Falls this Saturday for a meet

VOLLEYBALL: The Cougar Volleyball team defeated 42nd street rival Xavier yesterday in a five set marathon (26-24, 27-25, 17-25, 23-25, 15-11). Senior Jordan Calef had 19 kills for the Cougars

 Coming up: They will take on Washington on Tuesday in their gym.
