Special Ceremony for Five Kennedy Graduates
On May 21, Principal Jason Kline, along with other faculty members, presented awards and honors to five graduating seniors: Sarah Alterbal, Dekota Berry, Ellie Grovert, Hannah Jacoby, and Nic Luongvan. This was a special ceremony to honor these students, all who are members of Kennedy’s Best Buddies program. Their official senior class graduation will be this week, May 24 at the US Cellular Center.
The event was held in the Kennedy auditorium. The presentation to all five seniors consisted of naming the awards each person earned, each student’s favorite memories of high school, what each student’s plans are for next year. Faculty also talked about how much Kennedy appreciates having the students here.
