The Kennedy Wrestling Team At State

The Kennedy Wrestling Team’s work paid off this week as they powered through the state competition. During this time, eight wrestlers from Kennedy grappled at the state title.
Ashtin Falck, jr., Alex Koch, jr., Cael Long, sr., Colin Falck, fr., Divion Ocheltree, sr., Colin Flannagan, jr., Cael Knox, sr., and Gavin Bascom, sr. all represented Kennedy on the mat.
Cael Long and Colin Flanagan earned 1 point each. Divion Ocheltree and Gavin Bascom both earned 3 points. Colin Falck earned two points, and Cael Knox earned 8 points. The team finished the event with a total score of 18.
Out of these wrestlers, only Cael Knox competed Saturday, boasting 7th place in his weight class.
