Chromebook Reminder for Kennedy Students

A reminder to all students: do not leave chromebooks in vehicles or other cold spaces during the winter.

Extreme cold or hot temperatures can damage Chromebook batteries and other parts of the device. Devices left in frigid conditions for extended periods of time may eventually stop working entirely.

The Chromebooks issued by the school district are expensive to replace. To minimize the danger weather poses to your computer, follow this rule of thumb: if you don’t want to be outdoors because of the weather, imagine how your chromebook must feel.
