Let’s Fix a Problem

“I’m starting with the man in the mirror”

Lets+Fix+a+Problem

Alright guys, things haven’t gotten pretty serious lately and we need to come together.

Kennedy has been recognized many times for being a great school, and it’s true, but let’s look back at football season, it was huge, and as a school we were stronger than ever.

Bullying has really escalated, especially with technology today, and it’s a problem we need to try to take care of.

According to the MBNBD, 54% of bullies are bullied at home, and transfer that to bullying at school.

1 in every 7 kids are bullied.

In the US, about 160,000 miss school everyday because they are afraid of their bully.

Bullying has affects, it kills kids confidence, ruins their grades, leads to depression and anxiety, and even worse.

Start being more kind at school, have a better day, be nicer at home, feel happier, spread that to work, just keep kindness going.

Tomorrow is not promised, stop wasting time being mean, spend time making good memories, and making friends.

If you need to take it back to preschool, if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.

You never know what someone’s trigger will be, and you do not want to live with yourself by pushing someone else off the edge.

I don’t know what it will take to end this horrible epidemic, but start with yourself.

This Thursday we will have a mandatory bullying assembly, do not skip this, we need to tackle this issue head on, so make sure you are there and care.

Rest in peace Brielle.

Be kind.
