Clinton has secured the first three electoral votes in the state of Delaware winning 53% to 42% according to ABC news. Trump has secured 8 electoral votes in the state Kentucky with 62% of votes, 8 electoral votes in the state of Louisiana with 58% and 7 electoral votes in the state of Oklahoma with 65% of votes.
