Hi, my name is Ashley Hohneke and this is my first year in Torch. I am currently a Junior at Kennedy High School, and am not involved in any extracurricular activities. Outside of school I enjoy hanging out with my dogs Hazel and Storm, and watching movies in our home theater. I have a part-time job as a host at the Applebee’s on Collins Road, which is sadly where I spend most of my weekends. I am the youngest in my family, with only one older sister named Emily who is a Sophomore at Iowa State. I am excited to be a part of the Torch staff this year, and hope to learn new and useful skills to better my writing and interviewing skills.
